Exterior TLC
This is a common situation that I am faced with. An 80’s build that is composed of lots of composite materials that only hold up if maintained to the letter. In this case there was siding that was too close to the ground and too sensitive to moisture. So of course, we faced water damage. Lots of TLC was required to cut out the damaged material and fit in new and improved material. Lots of priming, caulking and various forms of sealing were required to bring this property back and to reasonably insure that the repairs will last for decades, if not as long as the home stands.
